Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING 

You will get order confirmation by email after placing your order and a Shipping Confirmation once your order has been sent. Phia Design does not guarantee that all items included in the webshop are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable, we will contact you shortly by e-mail. 

Normally the time of delivery within Finland is 2-3 business days (Mon-Fri) after Phia Design has accepted and confirmed your order. For shipments to EU countries, delivery times are normally 3-5 business days (Mon-Fri) with DHL Express. 

All shipping costs will be specified in the purchase order, so that the cost is clearly visible to you prior to completing the order.

We do not ship to countries outside EU at the moment.

All orders to Finland will be shipped by Posti and international orders by DHL Express.

Please note that orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to import customs and taxes, which are applied once your delivery reaches your country. Please contact contact@phiastore.com for further information. Phia Design is not accountable for any possible import taxes and/or duties. If you refuse to accept the delivery and this causes Phia Design additional cost, Phia Design has the right to deduct such costs from the amount refunded to you.

RETURNS

We hope you are happy with your Phia Design purchase. If for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you can return purchased item within 14 days from the date you receive them. The products must be returned complete and unused in their original packaging for them to be refundable.

After we have received and accepted the returned items, we will issue a refund following your method of payment. We will refund return costs only if the product we have sent you is incorrect or faulty. Refund times depend on your credit or debit card company.

In case your original order contained multiple items and only partial return is made, Phia Design does not return the original shipping cost. If you make a full return, the original shipping cost is also refunded.

Customer is responsible for paying the return shipping charges. Please note that your return must has sufficient postage paid. Returns where postage is not paid will not be accepted.
